Mansley Rewards is a new points-based loyalty program, designed to improve your guest experience, from booking to check-out. As a member of Mansley Rewards, you will have the chance to claim gifts, perks, automatically collect points (when you book direct) to be used as credit towards future stays.
We especially want to recognise our returning guests – that’s why, if you have stayed with us within the past year, you will receive 1,000 bonus points (worth £50) complimentary on sign-up, before ____, 2024!
And, if you’re new to Mansley, you can still receive 500 points (worth £25), if you sign-up before _________, 2024!
To gain access to ‘Star’ membership, guests must sign-up on:
www.bymansley.com/mansley-rewards before ___, 2024. Thereafter, the default tier upon joining is ‘Club’ membership.
- Visit our Mansley Rewards page, at: www.bymansley.com/mansley-rewards and fill in the form, entering your booking email address (if you have booked before, we will automatically link your account!)
- Within a week, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your enrolment and your joining bonus
- Sign into your account on: www.bymansley.com/guest-login – from this portal you will be able to view your points balance
- Points are worth credit and give you money off, when you redeem on a booking
- Any amount of points can be redeemed towards a direct booking

Remember:
- Points are awarded automatically 72-hours after check-out
- Points expire after 12 months
