Yes, in some rooms we can configure beds to be either doubles or twin singles. Please contact us ahead of time to arrange this.

No, our 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathrooms each have their own identities and bed configurations catering to groups of every kind, including twin beds, fixed double beds and, in some cases, an additional single bedroom. Please contact us ahead of time if you have any requests or would like more information.

Cots and high chairs are available on request and are provided free of charge.

We offer complimentary tea & coffee in all apartments. Under the kitchen sink you will find dishwasher detergent, washing-up liquid and tea towels.

In your bathroom you will find a range of complimentary luxury toiletries including soap and shampoo.

Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00pm. Early check-in may be possible, depending on availability, and a small fee applies. If your apartment is not ready when you arrive, onsite luggage storage is subject to availability.

Apartments must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. If you have booked directly with Mansley Serviced Apartments, we are pleased to offer you a guaranteed departure time of 11am, 7 days a week. This is in order for our Housekeeping Team to fully service the apartment for the next arrival.

Subject to availability, we can extend this time until 1pm, however this does incur a nominal fee. We are more than happy to look after your luggage if you are not leaving the city until later in the day — onsite luggage storage is subject to availability.

The nearest parking facility to No.1 The Mansions is on Lille Road, a 10-minute walk away.

London Overground, Uber, black cabs and the bus all serve the area, with Earl’s Court tube station a short walk away.

Marks & Spencer by Earls Court station, and the Co-op by the McDonald’s near Café Nero.

The Natural History and Science Museums, Kensington Palace, the V&A, Hyde Park and the museums of South Kensington are all close by — with the West End, the British Museum and the South Bank a short ride away.

Briciole (Italian trattoria), Hawksmoor and Flat Iron for steak, Café Caldesi, Shoryu Ramen and The Ivy on Kensington High Street are all local favourites.

The museums in South Kensington are close by, as are leafy streets lined with period buildings, smaller galleries and long-standing cafés that give the area its distinct character.

Top tip: Take time to walk beyond the main roads — Kensington rewards slow exploration. You’ll come across independent bookshops, quiet garden squares, and antique shops that feel far removed from the pace of central London, even though you’re only minutes away from it.

No.1 The Mansions by Mansley offers fully serviced apartments across a wide range of sizes — from studios through to spacious four-bedroom apartments — making them suitable for anything from solo stays to larger families or groups.

Each apartment is laid out more like a home than a hotel room, with separate living areas, fully equipped kitchens and private bedrooms. The kitchens include a hob, oven, microwave, toaster and everything you need day-to-day, which makes it easy to prepare meals or keep things flexible during your stay.

Bathrooms feature full-size baths with showers and marble vanities, and the inclusion of a washer and dryer means you can settle in properly without needing to plan around laundry or packing constraints.
