We offer complimentary tea & coffee in all suites. Under your kitchen sink, you will find detergent for your dishwasher, as well as washing up liquid and tea towels. In your bathroom, you will find a range of Complimentary Luxury toiletries that include soap and shampoo.

We offer a limited number of parking spaces on a first come- first served basis (fees apply).

Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00pm. Early check-in may be possible, depending on availability, and a small fee applies. If your apartment is not ready when you arrive, onsite luggage storage is subject to availability.

Apartments must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. If you have booked directly with Mansley Serviced Apartments, we are pleased to offer you a guaranteed departure time of 11am, 7 days a week. This is in order for our Housekeeping Team to fully service the apartment for the next arrival.

Subject to availability, we can extend this time until 1pm, however this does incur a nominal fee. We are more than happy to look after your luggage if you are not leaving the city until later in the day — onsite luggage storage is subject to availability.

Strozzi Palace Suites are set right in central Cheltenham, within easy reach of the town centre, Montpellier and the Promenade — all of which form the heart of Cheltenham’s day-to-day life. From here, you can walk to independent boutiques, restaurants and cafés without needing to plan your movements, which is a big part of what makes the stay feel easy.

The location also works particularly well if you’re visiting during events or race meetings, as you’re close enough to everything happening in town while still having a more settled base to return to. Beyond Cheltenham itself, it’s also a practical starting point for exploring the wider Cotswolds, with villages and countryside just a short drive away.
