All rooms in Crescent Place benefit from full air-conditioning. A remote control is provided in room. Note that air-conditioning will not operate when the energy key card is removed from its holder.

Check-in time is from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure.

We are unable to offer a late-checkout service.

Please note that your digital room key will no longer work post 10am on day of departure, so please ensure you take all your belongings with you prior to this.

Power will be switched on by putting the key in the slot by the door. Please remove this every time you leave the room.

​A fridge is provided in the room, which will remain on even with the power-key removed. Any add-ons requested at booking will be available in your room ahead of your arrival and placed in the fridge if appropriate.

​Our TVs offer a streaming service should you wish to use your existing streaming services account while you stay with us. This will require you to authenticate on your mobile phone via the appropriate app for your service provider. This means we do not store any of your personal data. Follow the instructions on screen to use this service.

​Crockery is provided for you to use. Please leave this on the kitchenette counter and we will ensure it is cleaned. For your own safety, please avoid washing crockery in the bathroom sink.

If you experience any difficulties, please use the intercom on the front door.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a left luggage service.

Lost property will be retained for 1 month before being donated to local charities.

There is street parking on Crescent Place itself, but this is first come, first served, pay and display. The nearest additional parking can be found roughly a 5-minute walk away at:

• Euro Carparks, St Georges Place GL50 3JZ.

• The Royal Well, Chapel Walk, GL50 3DS.

• The NCP Brewery Quarter, Monson Avenue, GL50 4EJ.

We are unable to accept pet guests. We love them too, but the nature and layout of the suites are not safe or suitable for pets

Upon hearing the communal fire alarm sounding, guests should immediately leave their rooms and make their way to the nearest exit which will be identified with the appropriate signage.

​Please familiarise yourselves with the nearest available escape route. Please do not stop to pick up personal belongings, and  safely walk to the nearest final exit.

​Upon exiting the building, make your  way to the designated fire assembly point in front of John Dower House, which is directly opposite.  ​If you  use the final exit to the rear of the property out into Clarence Parade. you should return to the front of the building and assemble at the designated assembly point. This will assist the fire service with their headcount. If you are in the corridors and spot a developing fire you should activate a manual call point which will cause the fire alarm to sound and alert others in the building to a potential developing fire. ​

Please do not re-enter the building until they have received instruction from the responsible person or attending Fire Officer. ​

Our bathrooms have underfloor heating installed for your comfort. This is set to go on daily between 6am and 10am, and 9pm to 11pm. Please do not adjust the unit on the wall near the door.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for all guests. Look for the Crescent Place network.
