Accessibility Guide

The entrance front door has six steps from the street to reception (no ramp available for persons with a disability).
The lift is accessible to all the building stages (basement included). Maximum capacity of 3 persons; maximum weight 225 kgs (480 lbs). Narrow lift (96cm length * 76cm width approximately), recommended for only two persons per journey.
The lift has no self-closing doors; this must be done by guests and staff after reaching their destination.
Narrow staircase (width 80 cm approximately) with lights on each floor and in between to guide guests and staff.
Emergency lights on each floor in case of a power outage.
An emergency ladder on the basement workshop leads to the main road.

Self-check-in property – no one on-site to assist after 5 pm (if notified prior to arrival we can arrange for a manager to be on-site to assist if need be).

Apartments are not disability friendly – shower over bath, bathrooms not large enough for wheelchairs, no rails, or handlebars, narrow corridors.

The sixth floor leading to apartments 9, 10 and 15 (left wing) and 11, 12, 13 and 14 (right wing) are only accessible by a staircase (12 steps).

No lift facilities for apartments on the side of Bramham Gardens (2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E), guests staying on this side of the building can use the lift to the fifth floor coming from the front door.
