Reservations

  • Completing the reservation form will not constitute a confirmed reservation. Mansley Serviced Apartments will send you the confirmation of reservation by e-mail with a booking reference number.
  • We will not take any responsibility for your arrival at the property without your booking reference number.
  • Bookings will only be undertaken by providing valid credit card details. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express only), valid until the date of departure from the property.
  • Failure to provide a valid credit/debit card detail for the booking will result in an automatic cancellation of the booking.
  • The credit card details will be passed directly to the property to guarantee your booking.
  • The name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name and the same individual must check in for the stay.
  • You will be sent a secure payment link to complete payment for your reservation.
  • The property reserves the right to charge the credit/debit card for the full value of the reservation prior to arrival.
  • If the card has been declined, the property will try to contact the guest and reserves the right to cancel the booking if an alternative valid card is not provided.
  • In case of No-Shows, if you haven’t advised us of a delayed arrival, your reservation will be cancelled and 100% of the accommodation charges will be charged as a penalty.
  • In case of Early Departures or a Late Cancellation, 100% of the accommodation charges will be charged as a penalty.
  • The credit/debit card used to book a promotional rate must be presented at the time of check-in.
  • If you are paying for someone else, please contact our Central Reservations office prior to the arrival of the guest.
  • Offers cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and the discount is non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue the promotion at any time without notice.
  • Apartment images displayed on the website are for representation purposes only. Some apartments may differ from the images shown in colour scheme, and decor. All apartments in a given type or category are of the same standard and quality
  • We strongly recommend that guests obtain suitable travel insurance that also insures your accommodation bookings.

Payment Policy

  • Payment in full is required prior to arrival.
  • In the case of promotional offers or certain discounted rates offers, the total cost of the stay is payable in full at the time of booking.
  • For Flexible Bookings (Pay Later Rates), payment must be received 72hrs before arrival. Failure to do so might result in your reservation being cancelled.
  • You will be sent a secure payment link to complete payment for your reservation. You are responsible for completing payment in full prior to arrival.

Reservation Deposits

  • We reserve the right to request a deposit for reservations of 14 nights or more that are booked under a Flexible Rate plan to guarantee the reservation.
  • This deposit payment will be equal to 25% of the total booking value.
  • Pre-authorisation of credit/debit card.
  •  A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of making a reservation, to be used as a guarantee against late cancellation or a no-show.
  • A Pre-Authorisation may be placed on that Credit/Debit card for the full value of the reservation, prior to your arrival, if payment is not received.
  • The pre-authorised amount will then be completed as credit towards the total cost of the reservation (as long as the same card is presented and used for the payment).

Security Deposit

  • Upon arrival at the property, a deposit (for any incidental charges during the stay) will be required before a reservation can be checked in.
  • Please note smoking within the apartments or apartment building is strictly prohibited by law.
  • The property also reserves the right to use the deposit to cover the cost of any accidental/intentional damage to the room or any part of the property premises; or to cover the cost of any deep cleaning that is required due to any actions of the occupant, including smoking.

Force Majeure

  • “Force Majeure” means any event that neither party could, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. If requesting a cancellation under such a scenario, please contact us at reservations@bymansley.com and we will be glad to assist you on a case-by-case basis.

Miscellaneous

  • At Mansley Serviced Apartments, we are committed to providing outstanding service in a setting that is free from abusive language or threatening behaviour towards our staff.
    If your behaviour is deemed inappropriate, you will be asked to leave the property and reported to the relevant authorities
